21/05/2025. “Pushkin Card” opens the doors of the National Library of Karelia
The National Library of Karelia continues the “Pushkin Card Week”. This action is aimed at making as many young people as possible aware of the possibilities of the “Pushkin Card” and to start discovering the world of libraries, theaters, museums and concert halls with pleasure.
The most active participants of the action in the National Library of Karelia were students of the Northern Institute of the All-Russian State University of Justice in Petrozavodsk - future lawyers and law enforcement officers. During the familiarization tour the new readers traced the history of the emergence and development of the largest library of Karelia from the XIX century to the present day. The future specialists learned about the permanent and new projects of the National Library of Karelia, such as “Literary Thursday”, “Russian Museum: virtual branch”, “Read streets like books”, “I write to you... Letters of great people”, “Dialogue of eras”.
“Pushkin Card Week” has become an important event for students of Petrozavodsk and Karelia, broadening their horizons and contributing to the development of professional skills and competencies.
The National Library of Karelia invites “Pushkin Card” holders to the excursions. Tickets can be purchased at the link “History of the Library”.
