12/08/2025. "I look North" - Irina Mamontova`s art exhibition
On 11 August, Irina Mamontova's exhibition "I Look North" was opened in the National Library of the Republic of Karelia. The author of the exhibition made a welcome speech, he told the public about the history of the creation of works and the beginning of her career.
Friends and colleagues came to congratulate the artist on opening the exhibition. The guests of the event were: Nadezhda Ilnurovna Dreyzis - President of Petroskoi City Council, Vladimir Petrovitsh Lobanov - President of Karelia Branch of the Russian Designer Association, Lyudmila Lazarevna Tshinenova - Teacher of the Language Centre of Petroskoi University, Natalya Vasilyevna Kosheleva - Member of the Russian Association of Artists, Olga Konstantinovna Nilova - Licentiate of Art History, Irina Nikolayevna Smirnova, Associate Professor at Petrosoi University - musicologist, musician, composer-improviser, Vladimir Viktorovitsh Vayan - member of the Russian Association of Artists, Galina Vasilyevna Yanina - Head of the Department of the Petrozavosk Music College named by K.Rautio.
The exhibition presents works, aquarelles and graphics made in different years and directions by the artist. The various materials and styles are surprisingly harmonious in Irina's works and conquer even the most demanding viewers.
The exhibition will continue until September 19 according to the library's operating method. We invite everyone.
