13/08/2018. Library is the territory for children’s reading
The National Library of Karelia is actively continuing work on placing book collections of the Center for Children's Reading, dedusting and bar-coding books, arranging information and playing space for our young readers.
Children's Periodicals – educational and informative publications, craft and animal magazines –have already taken their places on bright library shelves in the winter garden and reading rooms of the library.
We are ready to meet readers of all ages: preschoolers and schoolchildren, parents, educators and teachers. By efforts of librarians, a cozy information and gaming atmosphere has been created at the Center for Children's Reading, where young patrons can read books and usefully spend leisure time and embody their creative ideas.
For our young patrons:
Service desk for preschoolers and children of primary school age

Patrons of the V. Morozov Children’s Library who had a library card with bar-code can borrow a book and get other services at the National Library of Karelia.
