In the Central Hall of the National Library (3rd floor), you can sit comfortably at large tables with green lamps and read books that are located on shelves for free access. Besides, the reader can work on the computer, get advice from Reference desk and visit the Book Stall. In the Central Hall, exhibitions of photographs, paintings, documents, etc. are organized.
