At the National Library of Karelia, the All-Russian meeting of young authors takes part in the framework of We Grew up in Russia project. It is implemented within the framework of the Culture National Project, with the organizational support of the Sever journal represented by Elena Pietilyainen, Editor-in-Chief, the Karelian regional branch of the Writers' Union of Russia and the autonomous non-profit organization Petroglyph, headed by Vladimir Sofienko, Karelian writer and author of the Sever journal.
This is the twelfth such event. A project was launched in Orenburg by the local regional branch of the Union of Russian Writers and S. T. Aksakov Regional House of Writers. A regional project has grown into an all-Russian one. The project manager is Vitaly Molchanov, poet and Head of the Orenburg House of Writers.
The meeting is attended by young authors selected on a competitive basis from all over Russia, as well as authoritative experts, already well-known writers who will hold master classes with young poets, playwrights, prose writers, science fiction writers and opinion writers. In addition to master classes, the program of the seminar conference contains creative meetings, as well as a poetic evening with the participation of fifteen poets from different cities of Russia, including project leader Vitaly Molchanov.
