– Now the Internet connects people from around the world, but this communication is mostly virtual. We also want the collocutors to have the opportunity to see each other, to discuss, hearing voices, seeing what kind of situation their counterparts are in. Such events are very effective for building friendships and creating a children's international community, said Marina Smirnova, the president of the Living Classics Foundation. The first teleconference between participants from St. Petersburg and the city of Perth (Australia) was held on December 16, 2018. Then a series of teleconferences took place: Moscow - the USA, Udmurtia - England, Kaliningrad region - Greece, Chelyabinsk region - Spain, North Ossetia - Ethiopia.
