17/08/2016. A creative program The Secret of the Golden Key
Summer holidays continue with the National Library of Karelia. A creative program The Secret of the Golden Key held on the 16th August drew capacity audience (to the 80th anniversary of The Adventures of Buratino or The Golden Key by Aleksey Tolstoy).
Children and adults who visited the program listened to an exciting story about characters of the book and history of its creation, film adaptations and illustrators. The great interest was aroused by an exhibition of books on adventures of Buratino published in different years.
After that the participants of the program went in search of the Golden Key, and on the way they visited the school of good manners organized by Malvina, together with Tortilla the Turtle made cap and nose of the main character Buratino; looked into the closet of Papa Carlo, where they answered his tricky questions and learned fun dance with Petrushka. Of course, after passing all the trials they found the Golden Key and the most important thing was that they managed to unravel its magic secret.
