29/07/2016. Foymoguba Village Library celebrated 80th anniversary!

The National Library of the Republic of Karelia participated in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Foymoguba Village Library.
Today Foymoguba Village Library is the only library of Karelia, which has the status of the picture gallery. A great idea to create an exhibition space in the library has been implemented more than 10 years ago due to the efforts of librarians, members of public organizations and citizens of the Medvezhyegorsky District.
Celebratory events were attended by readers and guests, adults and children, writers and painters. Poems, songs and dances were performed in the library on this holiday. Holiday atmosphere did not leave anybody indifferent.
The specialists of the National Library of the Republic of Karelia congratulated the Foymoguba Village Library on its anniversary and gave presents.
The Foymoguba Village Library has always been and still remains a real source of knowledge and reliable keeper of traditions, which creates a unique cultural space.
