Employees of the National Library of Karelia took part in the VI conference with international participation dedicated to the 100th anniversary of G. S. Altshuller - TRIZ Technologies in the Educational Process. The event took place on the premises of Petrozavodsk Secondary School no. 55.
Marina Nikishina, Head of the National Library of Karelia, gave diplomas to the winners of the science fiction short story competition, which was organized in three age categories for the students of the Secondary School no. 55.
Olga Viduta, Head of the Information and Reference Department of the National Library, made a report ”The Limits of Reality: A Review of Science Fiction Literature” and told about books by Karelian and Russian writers (G. S. Altchuller, Y. Linnik, V. Sofiyenko, T. Pryazhenkova, Strugatski brothers, Konstantin Obraztsov, Eduard Verkin).
Science fiction books are presented in the electronic catalogue of the National Library of the Republic of Karelia.
