29/03/2025. Russian Heritage Pages were leafed through at the National Library of Karelia

The National Library of Karelia held a family educational program Russian Heritage Pages.
Russian Heritage Pages is a quiz in the format of the Jeopardy! TV show. Participants in the program divided into teams answered questions with interest about books, monuments, paintings, folk toys and crafts. Children and adults excitedly put together proverbs from words, guessed rhymes in poetic riddles, and even solved puzzles from the Pionerskaya Pravda (Eng. Truth for Young Pioneers) newspaper in honour of its 100th anniversary.
In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, a separate category of quiz questions concerned the anti-fascist posters "TASS Windows" and their Karelian analogue "Karelfintag Windows". The format of the game program allows children and parents to interact and discover each other as teammates, have fun together and learn new things. Inspired by the game, the program participants got acquainted with the book exhibition, which presented not only books, but also the Pionerskaya Pravda newspaper. The National Library of Karelia unites families around reading and intellectual leisure.
