25/09/2013. Presentation of a book by Jana Zhemoitelite
On the 20th of September 2013 in the National Library of Karelia presentation of a book Nedaleko ot raya (Not Far From Paradise) by Jana Zhemoitelite was held. The book includes novels, short stories and essays of recent years. These are mainly stories about real people, which the author has met. There are also fictitious characters in the book. The evening began with the puppet show based on works by Jana Zhemoitelite performed by folk theatre Chichiliushku. Writers Mariush Vilk, Boris Gushchin, Robert Kolomainen and Vera Linkova spoke at the presentation. The presentation was attended by young people - students of Petrozavodsk universities, colleges and schools.
