20/09/2016. Literary event with Dagmar Leupold
A literary event with a German writer from Munich Dagmar Leupold was held in the National Library of Karelia. The event was organized in the framework of the Germany Days that will take place in Petrozavodsk in the end of September.
A meeting with writer aroused great interest among our patrons. Dagmar Leupold presented to the public her book Nach den Kriegen (After the Wars). Teachers and students of the Philological Faculty and the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Petrozavodsk State University and those interested in German language and literature gathered together in the reading hall of the library.
Dagmar Leupold read fragments of her books and answered numerous questions, after that there was a live communication with the author. The meeting was supported by Goethe-Institute of St-Petersburg and the German Cultural Centre of Petrozavodsk.
