Under the guidance of teachers of the Department of the German and French Languages, 3rd year students translated into the main European languages (English, German and French) the brochure “Meanings and Interpretations of Canvases of Nicholas Roerich”.

The educational game marathon Reading the Teachers prepared by the National Library of Karelia to the Year of Teacher and Mentor has ended. In the beginning of May, at the end of the cycle of events of the marathon, the results were summed up, and the National Library of Karelia received a lot of grateful feedback from the participants and coordinators of the marathon.

At the National Library of Karelia, choral works from the collection Van’kina Dusha (Eng. Vanka's Soul) were performed by the Exemplary Children's Collective of the Republic of Karelia, the Choir of Boys and Young Men "Vivat", the Women's Choir "Academy" of the Petrozavodsk A. K. Glazunov State Conservatory.
