10/02/2017. The Chitka Project presented in Kondopoga

The Chitka Project of the National Library of the Republic of Karelia held a performance in Kondopoga, at the Kravchenko Central Library. A play Pinezhsky Pushkin (Eng. Pushkin of Pinega) was shown to schoolchildren and adults with the full house. Among the participants of the Chitka there were specialists of the National Library of Karelia and the lector of the Petrozavodsk Conservatory Igor Solovyev, the play was written by Jaana Zhemoitelite.
The atmosphere at the Kondopoga Kravchenko Central Library was very friendly. The audience including many young people joined in the proposed situation and imaged the village reading room in Pinega (Arkhangelsk region). Then the 100th day of death of Alexander Pushkin was celebrated there.
The schoolchildren were interested in the new nonclassical Pushkin, and teachers noticed that at lessons they will discuss what they saw. The audience was really worried about the fate of the heroes and even cried at the end. The tour of the Chitka Project was a big event in the cultural life of Kondopoga.
