The program of the Charity Forum in the National Library of Karelia was opened by the Head of Charity Foundation Children's CinemaMay Lidiya Evtushenkova. A rich program was prepared for the readers of the National Library of Karelia in the framework of the film forum. On the 19th August the first guest of the Film Forum Anna Ignatova, the author of wonderful poems and stories for children, came to the National Library of Karelia.
Anna Ignatova is actively published in children's newspapers and magazines. In addition to literature, since childhood she has been fond of modeling and illustrating her works with crafts made of plasticine. Sometimes it turns out the opposite: she writes poetry inspired by created works.
At the meeting with the readers, the author read her poems and also suggested young poets write poetry. The participants of Children's CinemaMay took up this, at first glance, not an easy task
with great pleasure. The young readers of the library rhymed words easily.
On the base of a script by Anna Ignatova, which she wrote on her own fairy tale, a series of cartoons "Kingdom of M" was filmed. The participants of the meeting saw several episodes of the cartoon "Kingdom of M". At the end of the event, everyone could take photos with the author and get an autograph.
The Film Forum Children's CinemaMay in Karelia continued on the 20th of August, when the National Library called everyone to take part in a vocal master class for children of all ages
The event was led by singer, actor and composer Leos Ljubic, a laureate of international musical competitions, the winner of Public’s Award Prize, a jury member of the International Creative Festival and Competition You are a Legend in the category Vocal.
